Thank you for your interest in Dooly's. Here are some of the basic requirements to open a Dooly's franchise:

• 8,000 to 10,000 sq.ft. located in heavy traffic area.
• Franchise cost is $25,000.00 payable 50% with signing of offer to franchise and 50% prior to opening.
• Total project cost including franchise fee:  approx. $400,000.00 to $450,000.00 (includes all equipment, leasehold improvement, franchise, opening inventory, etc.)
• Franchisee to have $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 of unencumbered capital available.
• Franchisee to meet expectations of franchisor following meeting at Dooly’s Head Office.
• We will consider cities with a minimum population of 20,000.
• The size of the location depends mainly on the rental factor and base population.
• Our franchise system covers units of 5,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft.
